About the role
This role is a vital part of the Pharma Technical Operations Supply Chain US team, which connects patient needs to our global network to ensure a reliable supply of product. As a member of this team, you will serve as a key strategic bridge between the US commercial market and Global Supply Chain operations. Build and maintain alignment between US market strategies, sales plans, and global manufacturing production capabilities.
Monitor monthly operational forecasts for accuracy and bias, ensuring all drivers for change are understood and aligned with stakeholders.
Perform sophisticated scenario analysis to evaluate supply agility, financial impacts, and inventory risks, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
Lead brand-specific Supply Issue Management Teams (SIMT) during critical supply constraints to mitigate stockout risks and protect patient access.
Drive US supply chain readiness for new molecule and line extension launches, mapping the product journey to identify and resolve potential pain points prior to market entry.
Translate US demand signals into clear requirements for global stakeholders, educating commercial partners on the impact of demand fluctuations on manufacturing assets.
Maintain master data accuracy for Finished Goods (FG) in SAP, ensuring system reliability for distribution centers, safety stock targets, and lot sizes.
Gather and review customer insights, identifying opportunities for supply chain improvements to shift patient experience prior to and post launch.
