Are you an experienced recruiter ready to make a meaningful impact? Five9 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in India. In this key role, you will lead hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in our growing India operations, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers.
We are looking for a recruiter with corporate experience, ideally in the tech sector, who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a collaborative mindset, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. If you are proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to excellence in recruitment, this is the role for you. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong talent pipelines for future needs.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
- Develop strategic job plans and advise managers on sourcing strategies.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support regional recruitment initiatives and lead pre-onboarding activities for new hires.
- Recommend process improvements, new sourcing strategies, and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: Min 5+ to 10 years in recruitment, preferably within technology companies, with full-cycle recruiting expertise.
- Proven success in sourcing, hiring, and closing top talent efficiently.
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
