Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Specialist SEN School

Salary: £37,602 – £45,426 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Term-time only
Job Description:
Join a Specialist SEN School for our client based in Cumbria as an Occupational Therapist, supporting children and young people with complex needs to achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, child-centred environment.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote independence and participation.
- Assess and provide recommendations for sensory integration, motor skills, and functional activities.
- Contribute to EHCPs and multi-disciplinary planning.
- Support the development of therapeutic strategies within the classroom and home settings.

Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs.
