Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
- Utilize and develop upon build automation tools that will enhance the scalability of the product and help to ensure consistency and stability
- Work towards delivering the product by providing the necessary tools, integrate with cloud platforms as well as helping them manage their build system (CI/CD pipelines).
- Responsible for provisioning and supporting engineering application/environment; focusing on faster provisioning, reliability and consistency
- Be a key driver in our quest for Continuous Delivery, suggest best practices and potential improvements to our DevOps procedures and toolbox
- Apply cloud (AWS, Azure) computing skills to deploy software upgrades and fixes
- Stay up to date with the DevOps best practices, tools and market trends. Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to be applied in the company
- Write user documentation on tools and services
- Very good communication skills and team work
- Very good problem-solving skills, open-mind towards suggestions, can do attitude and agile spirit.
- Solid experience with container technologies Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
- Experience with HELM
- Very good knowledge in Automated Build Systems - Jenkins, AWS Devops / AzureDevOps).
- Good exposure to development and build tools: Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, ANT, AWS API, AWS CLI and PowerShell.
- Everything as code": infrastructure (Terraform) and configuration management ( Puppet, Chef/Ansible) - scripting is a second nature.
- Expertise in configuring Nginx, Apache, IIS, Node, Tomcat, Proxy etc.
- Expertise in troubleshooting technical Issues on Linux/Windows servers
- Strong appetite for security, availability, scalability, performance, extensibility and maintainability.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science with relevant experience on DevSecOps or a training from a reputed institute in the same area.
