Department Overview
Key responsibilities for maintaining operational excellence in Channel Operations include:Manage Global PCR partner frameworks, tools, and incentives to drive channel growth.
Standardize core program requirements and deliverables.
Optimize programs by converting managed data into actionable insights.
Drive reseller engagement across all frameworks, including PartnerEmpower.
Track Sell-in, Sell-through, and inventory metrics.
Provide partners with sales and service training materials.
Collaborate with Worldwide Education on evolving training models.
Encourage use of global tools and dashboards.
Drive digital transformation to simplify processes and reporting.
Job Description
Global Reporting & Dashboards: Support the development and maintenance of global partner program reports, focusing on KPIs such as partner type distribution, certification compliance, and sales performance.
Data Visualization: Build and refine automated dashboards in Tableau to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into the partner ecosystem.
Performance Tracking: Analyze partner performance by vertical and geography to identify growth opportunities or gaps in the market.
Data Integrity: Perform regular audits of our partner database to ensure high data quality and accuracy in all outgoing reports.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Assist the Channel Operations team with deep-dive analysis into specific program initiatives or incentive structures.
Basic Requirements
Analytical Mindset: High level of comfort with large datasets and the ability to spot trends, outliers, and patterns.
Excel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must (think: complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data modeling).
Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and exposure to analytics-related programming (e.g., SQL, Python, or R).
Attention to Detail: Ensuring output accuracy through rigorous double-checking.
Communicating Insights: Competency in translating complex technical results into straightforward, actionable summaries for stakeholders without a technical background.
