Careers that Change LivesAre you a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Program Manager looking for a new challenge? As the Service Program Manager, you will manage a variety of complex projects and programs to deliver on key business strategies and initiatives. You will work across functions, departments, business units, and geographies utilizing project management and program leadership skills to shape our business. You will become an integral part of the Service organization driving key initiatives to increase both internal and external customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities may include:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Service-related projects and programs, including scope definition, detailed planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion
- Drive project execution by managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and maintaining integrated project schedules
- Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that improve Service business processes and enable deployment of Service applications and systems
- Partner with product teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and Service strategy.
- Drive global harmonization of technical landscapes and standardization of Service processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Define, implement, and monitor scalable Service processes and systems that improve Service delivery for internal and external customers.
- Apply Agile principles and project management best practices to enhance delivery speed, flexibility, and outcomes
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and achievements effectively to stakeholders and leadership; proactively escalate when needed
- Deliver projects autonomously while consistently meeting key milestones, timelines, and business commitments
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the Service business; educate, mentor, and influence stakeholders to drive adoption and capability growth
- Apply knowledge of Medtronic Service strategy and general business principles to support Service transformation and business growth objectives.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the global Service organization
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance requirements across all project activities
Required knowledge:
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with delivering projects using Agile methodologies
- PMP Certification (or ability to attain within 1 year) is advantageous
- 3+ years of experience with medical devices and systems, imaging technology, or other technical disciplines is advantageous
- Microsoft Excel expertise (functions, expressions, pivot tables, formulas, data sets) is advantageous
- 3+ years of experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs is advantageous
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP and Service max applications is advantageous
