Key Responsibilities

Deliver structural analysis, design and documentation for infrastructure, transport, industrial and building projects.
Prepare structural calculations, technical reports and engineering assessments in accordance with Australian Standards and client requirements.
Design a range of structures and foundations using concrete, steel, timber and other engineered materials.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop practical, safe and innovative solutions.
Support project delivery by meeting scope, budget, schedule and quality objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.
Contribute to technical reviews, mentoring junior team members and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (Structural, Civil or related discipline) recognised for professional engineering registration in Australia.
Minimum 2 years' structural engineering experience within a consulting, design or infrastructure environment.
Experience delivering structural analysis, design and documentation across infrastructure, transport, industrial or building projects.
Working towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), RPEQ, RPEV or equivalent professional registration.
Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as LUSAS, Microstran, ANSYS or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, structural design principles and project delivery processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
A proactive, curious mindset with a commitment to technical excellence, continuous learning and professional development.
