The Finance Transformation Project Manager is responsible of the organization and the supervision of the Four Seasons Finance Transformation for FS Resort Seychelles. Notably, the project manager shall lead the finance systems migration process from planning to post-implementation.
What you will do
Finance Transformation Scope and Key Activities Pre-Requisites and Readiness · OnTrack (labour productivity system) implementation · Cleansing and validation of: o Procurement System (Birchstreet) data o Balance Sheet accounts o SUN accounting system data · Revplan Forecasting and Budgeting Tool · Onestream accounting, reporting and procurement system implementation.
Standardization · Standardization and harmonization of finance processes · Uniformity of the Chart of Accounts (CoA) · Payroll coding alignment · Definition and implementation of policies and procedures.
Localization and Compliance · Management of local statutory requirements · Tax consolidation alignment · Fixed assets treatment and system mapping Deployment Support · Liaison with the Corporate.
Deployment Lead · Ongoing transformation support · End-user training coordination and delivery.
Process Optimization and Controls · Finance process streamlining · Design and implementation of post-implementation controls.
Migration and Post-Go-Live · Data migration and transfer oversight · Validation and reconciliation of migrated data · Monitoring post-migration operational effectiveness.
The Finance Transformation Project Manager is also responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, the Finance Transformation Project Manager is responsible for supervising other areas within the Finance Department under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance, including payroll, accounts payable, and general cashiering in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
What you bring
College education or equivalent experience
Two (2) to five (5) years experience with a Finance Department, preferably within a hotel.

Schedule & Hours:
• Full time – 5 days a week of which you will be expected to work early mornings, days, evenings, overnight, public holidays or weekends
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on operational need.
