Job Description:

IBCM Business Management is responsible for a wide range of activities to support the effective current functioning and setting the future direction of the business. This involves annual financial planning, forecasting, budget setting, financial review activity, collecting and managing new business demand to achieve cost targets. Business Management plays a key role in governance and adherence to a variety of regulations and procedures via close liaison with control functions. Liaison with other areas of the Bank on IT, Operations, Human Resource, Group Communications and Facility Management related topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the IBCM Business Manager for DACH

  • Work with support functions for problem resolution and process development

  • Work with the business areas and events team to organize client events and conferences

  • Analysis of revenue and cost numbers including budget planning

  • Monitoring of the IBCM client portfolio in terms of tiering, relationship teams, revenues, and lending

  • Support of the IBCM DACH Leadership team

  • Close interaction with IBCM product and coverage business management teams in EMEA, Americas and APAC

Skills and Qualification

  • University degree in economics, business administration, law or comparable

  • 3+ years of experience in a role with a nexus to the O&A product and/or coverage spectrum

  • Very good organization skills, strong aptitude for project management and attention to detail

  • Personal drive, network development and ability to work in a team are essential

  • In a client facing business area requires strong communication skills on a senior level and the ability to work in a very demanding environment

  • Fluent in German and English, verbal and written
