Job Description

Position Overview

• This position serves as a strategic liaison between IT, business, and digital transformation teams to deliver innovative technical solutions that meet user needs in a fully remote environment.
• The analyst acts as the primary virtual point of contact for third-party vendors while managing incident escalation.
• Requires knowledge of field service, remodel, and downsize processes in a retail environment, plus proven ability to partner with store leadership, operations, facilities, and supply‑chain stakeholders to plan and execute location changes.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical staff is essential to resolve issues and drive initiatives forward.
• Responsibilities include reviewing digital technical drawings, creating actionable plans, and remotely managing store downsize and remodel projects including telecom support activities.
• The analyst ensures overall coordination, virtual status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
• This position is dedicated to driving all store downsize and remodel projects to completion while maintaining seamless communication across the enterprise. Duties include managing scope, risk, and resources in a distributed environment, designing escalation procedures and ensuring service levels are maintained.
• The analyst will document, track, and monitor issues using all available tools and smart sheets.
• The ideal candidate is an independent, self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a remote setting, leveraging digital dashboards and collaboration platforms for efficiency.

A Day in the Life

Strategic Planning and Leadership:
• Remotely manage and coordinate all activities for store Downsize and Remodel project initiatives across assigned territories using cloud-based collaboration tools. Validate IT operations and hardware/software deployments through virtual quality assurance testing and automated dashboards. Activities include digital plan and scope review, resource scheduling, hardware configuration, vendor coordination, and virtual end-user training.
• Analyze and report on potential risks and opportunities using real-time dashboards, and cloud-based reporting tools to proactively identify challenges and optimize project outcomes.
• Manage business partner relationships through virtual collaboration platforms to ensure effective planning and timely task completion. Provide professional, real-time updates to all stakeholders using cloud-based dashboards and communication tools.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in secure cloud-based repositories (e.g., Teams Smartsheet’s), ensuring real-time accessibility for distributed teams and company business partners 
Support:
• Provide incident management remotely, coordinating third-party vendors and suppliers through secure virtual platforms to achieve SLA compliance. Utilize cloud-based monitoring tools and automated escalation workflows to ensure timely resolution.
• Responsible for developing, maintaining, administering, testing, and documenting systems using cloud-based platforms and automated workflows. 
• This is all remote troubleshooting and phone-based work with either on site 3rd party tech or store personal

You'll Come With

Education and Qualifications: (List all required knowledge, skills and abilities for this position)
• High School diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or appropriate related field experience preferred

Licenses/Certification/Registration:
Technical certifications not required but highly desired.

Experience:
• 5-7 years’ work experience in related IT retail environment.
• Project Coordination
• Retail technology

Skills and Abilities: 
• Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; mature, and articulate.
• Proven ability to lead processes, identify and implement process improvements
• Strong MS Office and Windows based skills
• Administrative capabilities (scheduling, coordinating calendars, event management)
• Customer-service orientation
• Ability to independently manage many changing tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to expand skill set and take on increasing responsibility

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
