We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Speicalist to lead affiliate and partnership growth across Portuguese-speaking markets, including Brazil and other regions.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing affiliate partners, driving regional growth, and building strategic relationships to strengthen the company’s presence in these markets. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in expansion efforts, with a strong focus on affiliate-driven growth.


Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Partner Acquisition & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, merchants, and strategic partners across Portuguese-speaking markets
  • Expand the affiliate ecosystem and drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on Brazil

Partnership Development & Negotiation

  • Negotiate affiliate terms, contracts, and collaboration agreements tailored to local market practices
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop localized campaigns aligned with affiliate audiences and brand positioning

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication and performance tracking
  • Provide ongoing support, tools, and incentives to maximize partner performance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, resolving issues efficiently

Affiliate Onboarding

  • Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring clear understanding of products, tools, and campaign structures
  • Enable affiliates to quickly ramp up and deliver results

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Conduct market research across Portuguese-speaking regions to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
  • Adapt strategies to local user behavior, platforms, and regulatory environments

Sales & Affiliate Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue contribution)
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Country Manager

Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Manage affiliate-related documentation, communications, and reporting
  • Ensure structured tracking of partnerships and performance

Event Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of affiliate-focused events (conferences, meetups, industry activations)
  • Strengthen brand presence within local affiliate ecosystems

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or business development, ideally within crypto, fintech, or digital platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse markets
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required; English proficiency is also needed for internal collaboration
  • Strong understanding of Portuguese-speaking markets (especially Brazil), including user behavior and affiliate ecosystems
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on growth and performance
