  • Assessment planning and implementation of care including completion of documentation.
  • Monitor patient progress.
  • Supervising of junior and non-qualified staff.
  • Discharge planning.

General Registered Nurse role Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience post qualifications as a Registered General Nurse.
  • NMC Registration 6 months-
  • To meet compliance requirements including DBS.
  • Right to work in the UK- Proof will be required.
