About the role
Join the FinTech APAC Regulatory Solutions organization, where you will apply expertise in financial statements, Basel and other reports, and regulatory frameworks to support business analysis and software development. Contribute to improving processes, crafting solutions, and validating compliance while gaining deep regulatory knowledge, exposure to banking operations, and experience with innovative FinTech practices in a collaborative, growth-focused team.
Role & Responsibilities :
As a Product Manager Specialist, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Pune, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Interpret APAC financial regulatory templates and turn them into clear functional requirements.
Write and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for software development.
Act as a subject matter authority in customer workshops and project delivery.
Mentor junior team members and help build training programs. · Work with product, engineering, and customers from build to launch to ensure the product remains accurate, compliant, and high-quality.
We expect you to have:
Proven experience in financial or regulatory reporting.
Strong adherence to standard methodologies in business analysis and specification writing.
Outstanding attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
Shown project experience in APAC regulatory reporting implementations and solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
Solid understanding of banking products and processes.
Ability to translate sophisticated regulatory rules into practical, actionable solutions. Excellent communication and partner leadership skills.
Curiosity to learn software development processes and apply insights to continuously improve business analysis.
Degree in Business/Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
It would be great :
Hands-on experience with ControllerView / AxiomSL regulatory reporting platform.
