Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with quant researchers, smart contract engineers, and product managers to translate complex trading requirements into scalable software solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in backend development, specifically focused on high-performance distributed systems; at least 1-2 years of experience in Smart Contract development.
Deep expertise in Rust or Go (or strong experience in Java/C++ with a willingness to master Rust).
Proven track record building or maintaining electronic trading systems, order management systems, or exchange infrastructure.
Solid understanding of multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning for low-latency environments.
Proficient with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), message brokers (Kafka, Redis), and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Familiarity with blockchain concepts, though direct Solana experience is a plus, a passion for decentralized finance is essential.
Understanding of perpetual futures, margin trading, and complex derivatives products is nice to have.
