This position, Senior Analyst- FPA and Accounting for Beckman Coulter K.K is responsible for all financial planning, accounting, compliance, and local statutory reporting activities for Beckman Coulter K.K, expected to work on-site at Ariake Office located in Tokyo, Japan. (able to work from home a few times per week if necessary).
You will be a part of the Beckman Coulter K.K Finance team and report to Supervisor Accounting, responsible for oversee accounting activities within the team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
FP&A
Lead Process improvement (i.g outsourcing, automation etc)
Work on the overall accounting function including general ledger journal entries
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual close, and financial reporting.
TAX reporting with receiving guidance from HQ and collaborating local TAX advisory.
Manage Support Internal Audit, Sox Audit and BS review with development of countermeasures.
Ad-hoc analysis based on requests from other functions.
Streamline the existing processes and increase more value-added activities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree or more
Working experience in Finance/Accounting Department in a multi-national company minimum 7 years.
Advance skill/knowledge of accounting, CPA is plus
Experience of TAX filing, Transfer Price adjustment for international environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working experience in medical device company which deals with medical HW and lease accounting is required
On-hands manual journal entry which requires more than 40~50 monthly.
TAX reporting which needs transfer price adjustments in international environment.
