The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Iterable, you will be the connective tissue between market opportunity, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy. You'll own specific product areas within our platform (Enterprise/Ecosystem: APIs/SDKs, Integrations, Governance, Data Infrastructure), translating customer needs into strategy and strategy into action. This role combines deep technical product knowledge with sharp business acumen to drive adoption, expansion, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Messaging 

  • Craft strategic, audience-first messaging and positioning for your product portfolio
  • Develop compelling narratives that cut through market noise, power sales conversations, and accelerate customer journeys
  • Test and validate messaging with customers and prospects to ensure resonance, clarity, and differentiation

Launch & Go-to-Market

  • Lead product launch planning and execution from concept to market
  • Define launch tiering and coordinate cross-functional teams for maximum impact
  • Establish clear launch success metrics and analyze performance to inform future GTM strategies

Enable Internal Teams

  • Drive launch readiness by equipping sales, CS, and partner teams with the tools, training, and messaging they need to win
  • Partner with sales engineering to develop technical narratives aligned to business outcomes
  • Support customer success with adoption messaging and expansion playbooks
  • Work with the enablement team to create objection-handling frameworks and discovery questions to support prospect conversations

Adoption & Customer Success

  • Drive customer engagement through lifecycle programs and in-product messaging
  • Identify expansion opportunities and develop targeted cross-sell/upsell campaigns
  • Partner with customer marketing to build reference programs and case studies

Relationships & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct customer research, market research, and competitive differentiation
  • Collaborate with product management to influence the roadmap based on market insights
  • Support analyst relations and thought leadership initiatives
