Internship Start Date: April 15th - September 15th
The Team:
The Volume Sales team is the “machine” that drives and supports a scalable GTM motion to acquire and serve customers. To achieve this, we work closely with our partner ecosystem and GTM functions to facilitate the cross-functional coordination necessary to achieve our mission.
The Role:
As a Volume Sales Analyst Intern, you will support the GTM segment focused on acquiring and serving SMB customers. We focus on scalability and efficiency to ensure success for this segment of customers. Moreover, you will get the opportunity to manage your own projects and learn how to identify business growth opportunities and how to operationalise these.
The work you’ll do:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, implement and execute best-in-class, scalable initiatives that support the SMB segment.
- Design, build and maintain the analytics and reporting to measure the success of the initiatives you are driving.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities based on analytics and user feedback.
- Manage internal communications for your projects.
The qualifications you need:
- Student of engineering, business administration or a comparable program
- Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel, experience with other analytical tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to different groups of stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify improvement opportunities and proactively propose solutions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work efficiently and independently in a high-volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, and results-oriented environment
- Experience with Salesforce as a CRM is a plus.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
