The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Role

In partnership with a TMT ENTR Enterprise Architect, the TMT ENTR Technical Architect is a pre-sales, customer-facing enterprise domain expert who applies broad technical skills, industry knowledge, and deep business acumen to support sales teams. You will develop Salesforce value propositions that align with the digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies of our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Enterprise customers.

As a subject matter expert in categories such as application architecture, data, integration, security, and artificial intelligence, you will use a consultative approach to understand complex requirements. You will determine the best Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage, leading key discussions on change programs from both a business and technical perspective. Specifically, you will help TMT Enterprise sales teams develop repeatable propositions and go-to-market strategies while participating in the delivery of solution best practices and industry summits.

Baseline Requirements

  • Requirement Translation: Ability to understand business and IT department requirements, translate them into compelling solutions, and present recommendations to executive, technical, and business audiences.

  • Enterprise Software Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise software applications and their delivery.

  • Coding & Scripting: Some coding experience and a willingness to work with code (e.g., Apex, Node, Go, Java, Python, or Ruby) is essential.

  • Data & System Fundamentals: Solid understanding of database and data management principles, web/mobile application development, and system architecture.

  • Application & Integration: Expertise in application lifecycle management, process orchestration, and enterprise integration principles and tools.

  • Security: A strong grasp of network, application, and information security principles.

  • Communication: Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or other STEM degrees (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience: Previous work as an architect, solution engineer, or developer in a customer-facing role providing software technology solutions.

  • Hands-on Expertise: Experience building, implementing, or maintaining enterprise software (e.g., as an integration or implementation architect).

  • Risk & Compliance: Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in an enterprise context.

  • Innovation Techniques: Experience with design thinking, persona-based discovery, or other innovation methods.

  • Vertical Knowledge: Proven experience in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) market segment.

  • Salesforce Ecosystem: Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including certifications and/or Trailhead Super Badges.

Agentic AI & Generative AI and Platform Desired Skills

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with these critical skills for designing modern, AI-powered solutions:

  • Agentic AI & Agentforce: Direct experience developing and managing agentic AI frameworks, including proficiency with Agentforce to build autonomous agents that perform tasks and make decisions.
