An exciting Programme Director opportunity has become available within our dedicated Infrastructure Business Unit. As the ProgrammeDirector, you will lead the client team in delivery of a multi-billion-pound investment sub-programme, across several major projects, driving commercial performance and on-time delivery. So, if you have demonstrable experience as a Programme Director, Senior Programme Manager or Delivery Director across Nuclear, Defence, Transport, Energy & Utilities or other high hazard, complex manufacturing and operational industries this will be an excellent match for you.
What you will be doing:
Accountable to the Director of Infrastructure for project and programme performance in delivery of this major sub-programme, to meet the functional scope defined by the sponsoring business
Governance and leadership of Heads of Project to deliver defined major projects to agreed schedule, cost and quality commitments
Executive interface with tier one supply chain partners
Commercial accountability for design & delivery partners
Senior Leadership Team member, contributing to the development of the DBU approach and change programme
Position requirements:
Experience of delivering large scale, complex, infrastructure projects, and programmes
Breadth of commercial experience within a collaborative framework, with specific experience of NEC4 contracts
Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and driving commercial performance
Strong collaborative stakeholder engagement capabilities
