Are you passionate about supporting children, couples, and families through life’s challenges?
We are a team of doctors and therapists specializing in pediatric neurodevelopmental disorders. In this role, you will support children and their caregivers by helping families understand diagnoses, build effective home supports, advocate for their child, and navigate emotional challenges. You will also help children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families.
- Use therapeutic approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Apply neurobehavioral strategies to help families thrive.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure wraparound care.
Who You Are:
- A licensed LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Massachusetts (or willing to get licensed before starting).
- Passionate about mental health, neurodiversity, and family support.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (preferred)
Compensation: $47.79 - $59.74 per hour (clinical & administrative are paid at the same rate)
