Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Site Quality Operations Manager supports QVC and oversees quality and operations for a multi-shift, seven-day distribution site, including inventory checks, root cause analysis, and compliance with SOX and company procedures.

  • Compensation: 122K-127K per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Ontario, California Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Leads a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process integrity across the site.

  • Acts as the primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting, ensuring compliance and integrity in inventory management.

  • Builds cross-functional connections between Commerce Platforms, Customer Logistics, and Distribution Operations, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Develops and implements quality guidelines, operational plans, and training programs to enhance inspection techniques, audit processes, and employee development.

  • Manages staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluation, ensuring a fair, ethical, and engaged workplace aligned with QVC’s values.

  • Leads site initiatives and projects to optimize operations, drive inventory accuracy, improve customer service, and maintain a safe, secure working environment.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of operations experience with a strong focus on inventory control, quality assurance, and process improvement in a distribution or logistics environment.

  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with QVC’s values.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in developing and implementing quality guidelines, audit techniques, and operational plans to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.
