  • Partner with Product Managers to co-create roadmaps. Own end-to-end technical delivery, removing impediments and ensuring engineering output meets ROI and adoption targets.

  • Define success metrics, optimize team workflows, and manage financial resources (budget, headcount, and vendors) to maximize business impact.

  • Act as a bridge between Commercial business units and R&D, navigating ambiguity to deliver high-fidelity technical execution plans.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor in Engineering, Science, or Business; Master is preferred.

  • 5+ years in people leadership (building/managing high-performing teams) and 2+ years in the Pharma/Biotech or regulated healthcare space.

  • Proven experience in IT product life-cycle management in Commercial.

  • Deep understanding of software architecture, Modern Visualization tools, and the deployment of AI/ML toolsets within a GxP or regulated environment.

  • Deep familiarity in healthcare-specific data standards (such as HL7, FHIR, or OMOP) and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape governing patient privacy and data exchange, including HIPAA and modern interoperability frameworks.

  • A servant leader (VACC) with an enterprise mindset who can break down silos, manage complexity, and empower autonomous teams.

  • Lean and agile advocate with a strong passion for healthcare innovation and market trends.
