Location Overview
Join our team in Aman Nai Lert. Amid the skyscrapers of central Bangkok, Thailand’s first urban Aman hotel and residences will rise from the verdant sanctuary that is Nai Lert Park. Here, history and nature will come together to tell a new Aman story, one entwined with the exceptional legacy of Thailand’s revered Nai Lert family.

Scope of Work:

Offer assistance and / or information to residence owners/tenants and visitors regarding the hotel and its facilities and the surrounding area with its residence and attractions. Ensure all guests’ needs queries and problems are anticipated and resolved. Interface with residence owner/tenants and hotel staff as it relates to all residential matters. Work with the hotel operations team and third-party service providers to meet Aman Brand Promises & Service Ritual.

Responsibilities and Duties:

General:

  • Residence Host will be required to conduct their duties courteously, safely and efficiently, in accordance with the Residences and Hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that services and experiences are met.

Operational:

  • Answer questions regarding and / or arrangements for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty services, childcare, transportation, religious worship, cultural activities, shopping, floral services, and other services.

  • Keep accurate records of all arrangements made which residents require.

  • Answer questions concerning Residence Amenities, Residents’ Privileges, A La Carte Services and / or give directions to hotel facilities, meeting rooms or events held.

  • Coordinate Residence A La Cart services such as Housekeeping service, Engineering service, In-residence Spa and Wellness, In-residence dining including special event plan/catering.

  • Process and notify residence guests of facsimiles received, mail, messages, newspaper, parcels, and packages.

  • Maintain a standard of cleanliness Residence Lounge, Meeting Room, and Private Dining Room ready to be used.

  • Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel facilities its services, local restaurants, and attractions. Maintain a current resume book related to conventions, meetings, and extraordinary events held in the hotel and the city.

  • Well prepare and recheck welcome kits and related documents for first move-in guest for new residents.

  • Well prepare all amenities and complete set up the unit prior to the move-in date.

  • Act as the main contact for guests and other hotel departments.

  • Provide any other duties or services as assigned by the Director of Residences.

  • Undertake other duties as requested by Department Head/Shift Leader and Hotel Management.

  • Be able to serve the guest with food & beverage such as tea, coffee, food, wine, champagne etc.

  • Coordinate and support engineer team for provide a service in residence unit.

  • Prompt to deliver the best outcome or alternative solution for all resident inquiries.

  • Be able to coordinate with outsource/supplier as per residence owner required.

 Qualification:

  • Proven experience in operations, preferably in hospitality or related fields.

  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality and customer service excellence.
