IT Manager (m/f/d) – Business Partner & Digital Driver
We are looking for a strategic IT Manager who transforms IT into a true business enabler. In this role, you will act as the key link between business, own IT and a centralized Shared Services IT, ensuring technology drives growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Your Role
- Partner with business leaders to translate needs into IT solutions
- Define and execute the IT strategy and roadmap
- Govern IT services, ensuring quality and performance
- Align and optimize ERP and core systems
- Drive digital transformation (automation, data, AI)
- Enable business growth and enhance customer experience
Your Profile
- Degree in IT or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT, ideally in business-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of ERP and enterprise IT environments
- Experience with Shared Services models
- Fluent in German and English
