Associate Site Merchandiser | Home & Kitchen, OHL

Amazon.in OHL team is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly motivated merchandiser who will be responsible for planning and executing best in class site merchandising and customer engagement strategies for the Social media team. As an Associate Site Merchandiser you will ensure that customer experience and expectations are set and meet to a high standard. He or she will execute and schedule content on Social media, home pages, category pages, and pages across the site based on the instructions/inputs shared. Also prepare a report on performance and traffic data to our management teams. He or she will assist in creation of new engagement related content based on inputs. This person will be involved in coordinating with the category managers, designers, and other editors in similar roles across the business.



Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:-
• Lead the Social media charter for OHL
• Own marketing activations including Social media, Influencer marketing ensuring high-quality content execution.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders to secure timely inputs and ensure seamless execution
• Deep dive into Social performance and marketing activations, identifying insights and optimization opportunities.
• Provide clear, structured written updates to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
