• To carry out proper receipt and handover of information and report during shift hand-over. (Thực hiện công việc theo như trong toa phản ứng và báo cáo thông tin chính xác trong quá trình bàn giao ca).
• To carry out process/production assigned by the Operations Supervisor during the work shift.  Production of the batch includes charging of raw materials, reaction processes, sampling and packing out of finished product from reactor.(Thực hiện công việc do Tổ trưởng ca phân công trong ca làm việc. Các công việc trong quá trình phản ứng ra 1 mẻ sản phẩm như: đổ liệu, thực hiện việc phản ứng, lấy mẫu và đóng bao thành phẩm từ bồn phản ứng).
• To understand all Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction.  Do not carry the work if do not understand the instruction or in doubt how to carry it out. (Hiểu quy trình sản xuất chuẩn hoặc hướng dẫn làm việc. Không được tiến hành công việc khi không hiểu rõ các hướng dẫn hoặc chưa biết thực hiện công việc như thế nào).
• Ensure process is carried out following Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction. (Đảm bảo quá trình công việc được tiến hành theo quy trình hoạt động chuẩn hoặc hướng dẫn công việc).
• Actively monitor reaction processes and report any problem of safety, process or quality concerns. (Linh hoạt trong giám sát quá trình phản ứng và báo cáo bất cứ các vấn đề nào về an toàn, quy trình hoặc liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm).
• When assigned, to train new Technician on processes and manufacturing according to recipe instruction and methods. (Khi có yêu cầu thì phải hướng dẫn cho Nhân viên phản ứng mới về các quy trình và sản xuất theo như các phương pháp và hướng dẫn trong toa phản ứng).
• To record & report observations to Operations Supervisor when there are abnormal process results or conditions. (Ghi chép và báo cáo lại cho tổ trưởng ca khi quan sát thấy có hiện tượng và tình trạng bất thường xảy ra trong quá trình phản ứng).
• To ensure all processes are carried out safely, with minimum waste of raw material or product, and efficiently. (Đảm bảo tất cả các quy trình được tiến hành 1 cách an toàn, giảm thiểu việc lãng phí nguyên liệu hoặc thành phẩm).
• To handle equipment with proper care. To report any malfunction of equipment to Operation Supervisor immediately. (Cẩn thận khi vận hành các thiết bị . Báo cáo ngay lập tức cho tổ trưởng ca khi có bất kỳ sự cố trục trặc nào của máy móc thiết bị).
• To confer with other technicians & supervisor to report or resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, or product quality. (Trao đổi với tổ trưởng và nhân viên phản ứng khác để báo cáo hoặc giải quyết các vấn đề có liên quan đến an toàn, năng suất hoặc chất lượng sản phẩm).
• Regulate or shut down equipment during emergency situations, as directed by supervisor or work-instruction. (Điều chỉnh hoặc tắt các thiết bị trong các tình huống khẩn cấp theo như như yêu cầu trực tiếp từ tổ trưởng hoặc theo hướng dẫn côngviệc).
• Control or operate chemical process or system of equipment, using panel-boards, control boards, or semi-automatic equipment. (Kiểm soát và vận hành các quy trình phản ứng hóa chất hoặc hệ thống thiết bị, sử dụng tủ điện, bản điều khiển, hoặc các thiết bị bán tự động).
• Monitor recording instruments, flow-meters, panel lights, or other indicators and attentive to warning signals, to verify conformity of process conditions. (Quản lý các thiết bị ghi chép dữ liệu, đồng hồ lưu lượng, hoặc đồng hồ chỉ số và phải lưu ý đến các dấu hiệu cảnh báo để xem xét hoạt động đúng theo yêu cầu của quy trình).
• Draw samples of products to monitor processing and to ensure that standards are met. (Lấy mẫu sản phẩm để theo dõi quy trình và đảm bảo tất cả các tiêu chuẩn đều được đáp ứng).
• Notify supervisor to correct equipment malfunctions or to adjust power, steam water, or air supplies. (Thông báo tổ trưởng khi có vấn đề sự cố của các thiết bị hoặc điều chỉnh nguồn điện, hơi nước hoặc nguồn cung cấp khí).
• Record operating data, such as process conditions, test results, or instrument readings. (Ghi chép lại thông tin dữ liệu trong quá trình phản ứng, chẳng hạn như điều kiện quy trình phản ứng, kết quả kiểm tra hoặc thông tin chỉ số của các thiết bị).
• Move control settings to make necessary adjustments on equipment units affecting speeds of chemical reactions, quality, or yields following Work instruction or guidelines. (Điều chỉnh bản điều khiển để thực hiện việc hiệu chỉnh cần thiết cho các thiết bị ảnh hưởng đến tốc độ phản ứng của hóa chất, chất lượng hoặc sản lượng theo như trong bảng hướng dẫn công việc).
• Start pumps and/or open valves to wash and rinse reactor vessels, to exhaust gases or vapors, to regulate the flow of oil, steam, air or water to tower. (Bơm hoặc mở van để vệ sinh và bắn bồn phản ứng, xả khí hoặc hơi để điều chỉnh lưu lượng dầu, hơi, khí hoặc nước đến tháp).
• Turn valves to regulate flow of products or semi-finished products through agitator tanks, cooling tanks or storage tanks, or storage drums and IBC. (Vặn van để điều chỉnh lưu lượng thành phẩm hoặc bán thành phẩmtrong bồn khuấy, bồn lạnh, bồn chứa hoặc phuy, IBC).
• Inspect operating units, such as towers, surfactant tanks, condenser, cooling vessels to ensure that all are functioning and to maintain maximum efficiency. (Kiểm tra vận hành các thiết bị như tháp giải nhiệt, bồn chất hoạt động bề mặt, bình hồi lưu, bồn lạnh để đảm bảo các chức năng đều hoạt động bình thường và duy trì hiệu quả tối đa).
• Interpret chemical reactions visible through sight-glasses and review laboratory test results for process adjustments according to recipe instructions. (Quan sát quá trình phản ứng của các chất thông qua kính thủy và xem xét lại kết quả kiểm tra của phòng thí nghiệm để điều chỉnh cho phù hợp với toa phản ứng).
• Patrol work areas to ensure that solutions in tanks or troughs are not in danger of overflowing. (Theo dõi tại khu vực làm việc đảm bảo là hóa chất trong bồn hoặc thùng không trong tình trạng tràn đổ).
• Gauge tank levels, using calibrated sight glass or rod. (Theo dõi mức hóa chất trong bồn bằng kính thủy hoặc ống thủy).
• To carry out housekeeping of the processing areas at end of the shift. (Dọn dẹp vệ sinh khu vực phản ứng vào cuối giờ làm việc).
• To observe all Company’s Rules & Regulations. (Tuân thủ tất cả các quy định & quy tắc của công ty).
