Job Description:

Bridge person between Research & Development, Product and Production departments;
Ensure the introduction of a new product/process in production and train the operators when a new product is launched into production;
Updates and introduces in the ERP system data related to the production processes;
Oversees continuous optimization/improvement of the assembly process (time, quality, costs);
Provide guidance to production employees and show alternative methods of solving or preventing process or technical problems;
Propose needed equipment for a new product or for the process improvement;
Responsible with Cost of Production Calculation;
Line balancing;
Defines and realizes work instructions for the assembly process;
Responsible for workplace ergonomics;
New equipment validation;
New process and product implementation and validation;
Check if the equipment on the production line works according to specifications;
In charge of quality issues.

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

Minimum experience in Automation, Mechanical, Pneumatics;
Lean experience;
Conversational level for the English language, German is a plus;
Excel knowledge;
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position;
CAD knowledge is a plus;
Open to learn new technologies;
A good team player;
Good communication and problem solving skills;
Self-responsible, personal motivation, analytical;
Continuous improvement thinking.
