About the role
The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Department of Systems and Information Engineering, seeks applicants for 1-2 part-time Administrative/Research Assistants for the 2026/27 Academic Year. This position may be part time or full time and will perform administrative tasks and research assistance for a faculty member.
Duties:
- Assist with administrative tasks (i.e. Typing, scheduling etc.)
- Research (i.e. Literature reviews, transcriptions, etc.)
- Pushing wheelchair
- Driving to meetings
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have computer skills (Microsoft Suite, online portals, etc.)
- Typing Speed of at least 65 WPM
- Strong writing, reading, and organization skills
- Enrolled full-time (enrolled at least 12 hours per term)
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record. A DMV driving record check will be required.
Compensation: $13.00 Hourly.
Start date: ASAP-the 2026-2027 Academic Year

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
