Job Description:
Developing embedded flash IP products with Super-flash technologies
Doing analog block design and simulation
Doing full chip integration and simulation
Checking circuit qualification
Collaborating with layout engineers in the physical design
Requirements/Qualifications:
Job Requirements
1+ year’s analog/memory design experience
Knowledge of flash memory or other NVM design a definite advantage knowledge of semiconductor technology preferred
Familiar with HSPICE/HSIM/XA/Nanospice simulation tools
Familiar with Cadence design environment
The experienced design of analog circuit such as Op amp, LDO, OSC, charge pump…
Be able to build the analog block or full chip simulation
Some experience of layout a definite advantage
Education Requirements
BSEE minimum, MSEE or Ph.D. EE
Preferred Good English communication
