About the role
Join a growing partnership between Imagen Technologies and a leading multi-site healthcare system serving one of the largest patient populations in downstate New York. This role combines the scale of an established health system with Imagen’s physician-led model, advanced technology, and fully supported remote infrastructure.
We’re seeking a fellowship-trained pediatric radiologist for a 7 on / 7 off schedule (3:00pm - 11:00pm), interpreting a consistent, high-quality work list of pediatric imaging studies across modalities. This includes pediatric MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray, with a focus on delivering accurate, timely interpretations in a high-volume, clinically diverse environment.

This is an opportunity to practice high-impact pediatric radiology remotely while maintaining a predictable schedule and full time off every other week.
About the Position:
- Full-time, remote position supporting a large, multi-site health system
- Hours: 3pm - 11pm EST
- Scheduling Options:
- Monday - Friday + 1 weekend a month
- 7 on / 7 off
- 7 on / 14 off

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret a broad range of pediatric imaging studies, including X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI
- Provide accurate, timely reads across a high-volume pediatric worklist, with attention to age-specific pathology and imaging considerations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, emergency physicians, and subspecialists, to support patient care
- Participate in quality assurance and peer review initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- ABR or AOBR Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology required
- Minimum of 1+ years of post-training experience in pediatric imaging preferred

The salary range for this $400,000 - $900,000 / year. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
