Sales Operations Executive (International Focus)

The Sales Operations Manager for International Sales will be based in Sri Lanka and serve as theoperational backbonefor our global sales teams responsible for the ‘SARA’ Remote Video Monitoringplatform.

‘SARA’ is the award winning agentic ai solution that stands for ‘Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent’ and is poised to transform call center operations from human-based to ai-based.This role is focused on process, reporting, and salesperson enablement across various international territories.

The successful candidate will leverage their strong analytical skills, organizational abilities and systems knowledge to ensure our global sales engine runs efficiently, accurately, and scalably. The work is strictly non-local and supports global sales efforts.
