The opportunity
Unity is seeking an HR Operations Manager who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is driven to achieve great things. You'll play a key role in building the systems, processes, and automations that enable our HR teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Leading HR Service Delivery: Manage a team of specialists to deliver exceptional HR services, supporting our employee population globally.
- Driving Global Process Excellence: Partner with peers to build and maintain globally consistent, scalable HR processes and a corresponding knowledge base.
- Optimizing Performance with Data: Work closely with our transformation team to deep-dive into HR KPIs, uncover business insights, drive performance-improving actions, and build trust with HR collaborators and the broader organization.
- Developing Talent: Mentor, develop, and foster a growth mindset within your team to enhance their knowledge and efficiency.
- Contributing to Global Initiatives: Actively contribute to and deliver on global HR initiatives and projects.
- Championing Continuous Improvement: Provide insights on continuous improvement initiatives and deliver best-practice HR services.
- Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with the global HR team and key stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles, with a proven blend of project management, delivery, and strategic contributions.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving insights from data.
- Demonstrated experience creating and leading project management plans through all stages.
- An organized, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with HR Systems, with Workday experience being a significant plus.
- Ability to drive and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
