Job Description
Major Responsibilities
- Analyze market and customer trends to deliver impactful, actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Partner with brand teams to define service needs and build integrated insights and analytics plans.
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams across insights and scientific events, ensuring quality and compliance standards.
- Align and support scientific event activities at global, regional, and local levels when required.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear deliverables, timelines, and execution plans across initiatives.
- Drive execution of insights, analytics, and strategic projects with strong focus on productivity and competitiveness.
- Align stakeholders across insights, analytics, and platforms to ensure adoption and measurable business impact.
Key Performance Indicators
· Quality and impact of insights generated (measured through business adoption and decision influence)
· Forecast accuracy and alignment across functions
· Data quality, reporting timeliness and usage by stakeholders
· Adoption rate and usage effectiveness of technology platforms
· Delivery of integrated insights plans aligned with brand strategies
· Stakeholder satisfaction (TAs, Commercial, Medical, Access)
· Execution of strategic projects within scope, timelines, and budget
· Measurable business impact (e.g., productivity, competitiveness, customer engagement)
Ideal Background
Education: University degree in Business, Economics, Biotechnology, Data Science or related fields.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience: Extensive experience in insights, analytics, forecasting, or data-driven commercial roles within complex and matrix organizations. Proven experience leading teams and working in cross-functional and multinational environments. Experience managing technology platforms and driving digital transformation is highly valued.
