This is an exciting job opportunity for you as Transportation Manager in Markham, Ontario Canada with Signify.
As a Transportation Manager, you will develop and lead the regional transportation strategy across all modes, supporting commercial, industrial, and supplier flows (finished goods and components). You will play a key role in optimizing carrier performance, managing transportation costs, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.
What you’ll do
Develop and lead regional transportation strategies across inbound and outbound flows
Drive carrier performance through KPIs, analytics, and structured performance management
Establish and maintain transportation dashboards and reporting for visibility and decision-making
Act as the central coordination point between Freight & Distribution teams and regional stakeholders
Leverage AI-driven insights to anticipate disruptions, capacity risks, and cost deviations
More about you

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Hands-on experience in transportation / logistics / supply chain
Leadership OR ownership experience, which could include:
Formal leadership role OR Individual contributor role with:
Continuous improvement ownership
Project ownership
Self-management / autonomy
Driving growth or change initiatives
Proven experience managing carriers and transportation service providers
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

Salary: $ 107,190.00 - $142,920.00
