We have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President Rare Earth, Critical Minerals & Revert Procurement to join the Team.

The Vice President Rare Earth, Critical Minerals & Revert Procurement role is critical in bridging the Procurement function to our growing business and products. 

This role is responsible for the leadership of a specialist team responsible for developing suitable Category strategies to ensure Rolls Royce has the required materials to develop, build and service its products.

The ideal candidate will have deep minerals market knowledge and network plus experience in negotiation, influencing stakeholders, cost management and strategy development.

What you will be doing:

In the role of Vice President Rare Earth, Critical Minerals & Revert Procurement, you will be accountable for:

  • Leading and developing a team of Procurement Specialists to deliver business goals
  • Working closely with our Joint Ventures and Partners to optimise performance in the Rare Earth, Critical Minerals & Revert category
  • Managing stakeholders and internal Customers to ensure bottom line cost and delivery targets are achieved through clear strategies and execution plans
  • Developing and deploying a Market Intelligence capability to help drive better decisions

  • Have a passion to continuously drive to achieve goals as part of a high performing team
  • Have an exacting attention to detail in order to maximise contractual value
  • Show a range of leadership styles and capabilities when working with partners in different parts of the world – often as the first point of contact for the Rolls-Royce relationship
  • Have strong negotiation skills, both in developing strategies, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and then in execution of the plan
  • Have a good understanding of financial metrics and levers to ensure goals align with our business partners
