Job Responsibilities:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, and/or corporate development, including leadership-level stakeholder management.
  • Proven business partnership experience with China OEMs, with an established network and strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Competencies

  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills; able to work effectively across functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic and analytical rigor, including business case development and financial analysis
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
