  • Apply data-driven analysis using Minitab to study variation, validate process capability, and guide improvement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts using Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to transition concepts into high-volume production.
  • Document designs, test results, and process recommendations with clarity and rigor.

What profile do we need?

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design or product development.

Proficiency in Creo for 3D modeling, mechanical design, and detailed drawings.

English proficiency required.

Experience with tolerance analysis and mechanical stack-ups.

Hands-on experience supporting prototype builds and production ramp-ups.

Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills; experience using Minitab or similar tools.
