What You'll Do
Epic Games is looking for a Senior Systems Designer to own the development of key progression, economy, and gameplay balance related features for a new game project. - Be responsible for soliciting and integrating feedback from across the team on your own initiative, ensuring we’re continually delivering a fun and fresh experience to our players
- Expand and iterate on those systems once they’re in the live environment, ensuring the game remains exciting and engaging to players

- Demonstrated talent for empathizing with players and a deep understanding of player motivations, forms of play, and the effects of progression and goal setting on play
- Strong interest in game progression and economies, and an understanding of what makes them work
