POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess Trainee to support the Restaurant team during the breakfast, lunch and dinner service, satisfying all guests needs and exceeding their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
Welcome guest according to the resort standards and escort them to their table;
Assisting the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall dinning experience expectations of the guest;
Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs;
Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform;
Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
Support the F&B Hostess during opening and closing responsabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of dining and kitchen procedures helpful;
Good communication skills;
Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
