Job Description
What will you do
We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to drive financial insight, strategic planning, and performance management across a large, complex business with annual revenues exceeding $1.5B. Operating within a centralized FP&A model, this role partners closely with senior leadership while collaborating with remote FP&A and business‑support teams based in Slovakia and India who do not report directly to this position. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with the ability to lead through influence across geographies, time zones, and organizational structures.
How will you do it
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
Lead the annual operating plan, long‑range planning, and forecasts for assigned business area.
Partner with business unit leaders to translate operational drivers into accurate financial projections.
Financial Performance Management
Ensure high forecasting accuracy through financial models, and analytical rigor.
Manage monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend actions to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Maintain and enhance reporting tools that improve visibility and accountability.
Business Partnering
Serve as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders across Operations, Sales, and the functional teams.
Ensure financial insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.
Support pricing decisions, investment cases, and commercial initiatives with robust financial analysis.
Leadership & Cross‑Functional Influence
Remotely lead and mentor the FP&A team assigned to the Business who do not have a direct reporting line to the candidate.
Build strong working relationships across geographies to ensure alignment on forecasts, reporting, and strategic priorities.
Influence without authority — drive clarity, accountability, and performance standards across a distributed FP&A ecosystem.
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership despite the matrixed structure.
What we look for
8–12+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally in a complex, multi‑business‑unit environment.
Experience supporting a business of $1B+ in revenue; multinational or multi‑region exposure strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success working in a matrixed, global environment, with the ability to manage remote teams and influence stakeholders who are not direct reports.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (Oracle, iScala), PowerBI, and consolidation tools (OneStream).
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CMA is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 3600 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
