A Day in the Life
Deformity is one of the top focus areas of CST international. As part of our strategy we are building a centralized deformity team that will lead the commercial strategy & execution across Europe. This hire is for the deformity team leader who will build and lead all the activities of the team.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of the deformity sales team within WE geography to achieve established sales targets.
- Develops and/or implements business strategies for existing and potential deformity accounts.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the deformity sales team in order to implement the organization's overall deformity sales strategy for WE.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions in order to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs.
- Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet the organization's sales plans to increase market share In the deformity space.
- Assesses need for the addition of new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis, and implements strategies.
- Coaches sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
- Build and implement strategies and the deformity go to market plan with full alignment to regional and country sales leaders.
- Implement and execute Medical education activities for internal sales teams.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Availability to travel for at least a 70% of working time
- At least 3 years of spine experience with deformity expertise
- People management experience
- Fluency in English
