Operations Reporting Support Lead Analyst

Bank Network Management (BNM) is part of the Services, Markets, Banking & International and Client (SMB&IC) Operations Division. BNM provides best in class banking services to our business partners and clients, while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi owned bank accounts. BNM global functions include: Relationship Management, Regulatory, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management (BSM), Agent Bank Risk and Data & Technology Management.

The Data & Technology Management function is responsible for ensuring oversight and delivery of processes and practices across the BNM organization, ensuring robust governance framework, stakeholder management, partnering within the organization, working with Risk & Controls and second line of defense. The Data & Technology Management team is the technology authority for BNM, drives the Data management program and internal reporting.

The Data expert role, plays a critical leadership role within the Data & Technology Management team, driving strategic initiatives to ensure robust data management, governance, and reporting capabilities across BNM. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of data policies, optimizing data processes, and providing insightful, high-level reporting to senior management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations. The Vice President will lead complex technology projects from a business perspective, championing data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Drive data governance, compliance, and overall data management strategy for BNM, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

• Lead the business aspects of data-related technology projects, managing the deliverables, and driving implementation.

• Identify and implement improvements to data processes and functionalities, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Deliver high-level Key Indicator reporting to senior management, providing actionable insights and mitigating operational risks.

• Serve as a key liaison between business and technology, facilitating communication and leading resolution of data-related issues.

What we’ll need from you:

• Bachelor's degree & 8+ years of experience in data management, business analysis, reporting, or a related field within a large, complex organization, preferably in financial services.

• Deep understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting tools (e.g., MSTR, SharePoint, SQL).

• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing technology projects from a business perspective.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and work effectively across teams influencing stakeholders at all levels.
