Financial Controller - FLS

FLSmidth LLP is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Controller based in Karaganda to oversee all financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS in Group system for reporting OneStream.
* Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
* Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
* Oversee external audits and ensure all financial records are audit-ready.
* Provide financial analysis and guidance on specific financial activities, plans, and targets
* Ensure compliance with FLSmidth's global financial policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3-5 years in a financial controller or similar position.
* Experience with IFRS reporting standards.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., 1 C 8.3).
* Good Excel skills are mandatory.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
