Responsibilities:
Work with all sites globally (Germany, Ireland, China, Costa Rica & USA) in a timely manner.
Perform Sanction Party List (SPL) screening against relevant country lists.
Perform German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) evaluation to new suppliers.
Manage the global customer creation, update, and deletion process in SAP.
Manage the global supplier creation, update, and deletion process in SAP.
Manage the global employee creation, update, and deletion process in SAP.
Develop and perform monthly Master Data metrics.
Performs customs activities such as country-of-origin qualifications, audits and maintains accurate compliance records.
Classification (HTS assignation) of materials., finished goods, equipment, and tooling.
Develop and maintains company trade data in SAP and/or other systems and tools.
Coordinate with internal teams and brokers to ensure shipments meet regulatory and company requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, International Trade, or related field.
Required fluent English (C1) with excellent verbal and written skills at (85%).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products and familiarity with multiple database applications is preferred.
Strong team member able to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate working knowledge of SAP.
