We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Growth Pod - a fast-moving, experiment-driven group focused on building features that increase user engagement and accelerate product adoption. This is a hands-on technical role where you will rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship features that directly shape how educators and students experience Kiddom.

You’ll work within a small, agile team of 3–4 engineers, collaborating closely with product and design to bring impactful ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys data-informed experimentation, and is energized by fast learning cycles and continuously learning new technologies. You should be an engineer who is AI native and curious - someone who uses AI tools daily to accelerate development, improve code quality, and meaningfully incorporate AI into user-facing experiences.
