Overview
Work with various lines of business in a collaborative effort to ensure all Network assets on the Mastercard network are properly tracked by collecting data on ownership as well as ensuring alignment with the asset lifecycle from deployment through disposal.
• Partners with the TEM provider and Mastercard vendors to ensure accurate, timely invoice processing, proactively identifying and resolving billing or payment issues in collaboration with internal payments teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (AP, Finance, Network, Procurement) to resolve payment or service-related issues
• Monitor and report on telecom spending, trends, and cost-saving opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement with TEM provider and vendors to enhance billing accuracy and process efficiency

•  Develops new and modifies existing networks in support of application services.
•  Advises the business on priorities for network design and implementation.
•  Manages network infrastructure to ensure security, availability, recoverability, performance, integrity, and supportability.
Responsibilities
•  Performs the installation and support of network infrastructures to maximize network performance, exercising judgment to evaluate problems of diverse scopes.
•  Builds, maintains, and monitors networks for all environments; develops detailed requirements for upgrading existing Mastercard networks.
•  Stays up to date on developments in technology and innovation, often evaluating potential solutions and recommending future business network requirements.
•  Monitors Mastercard's network security to ensure the resilience of operational platforms for hosted production systems.
•  Resolves problems of diverse scopes as they arise, escalating complex issues where analysis of the situation requires in-depth evaluation and judgement.
•  May manage small-sized initiatives and assists in the planning of largescale systems projects.
Experiences
•  Experience managing components of larger projects for a network domain initiative and develops an understanding of the importance of global consistency.
•  Actively participates in supporting an assigned global technology domain or sub-domain, providing inputs for areas of expertise.
•  Active participant in global technical communities (e.g., Tech Leadership Network).

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
