The ideal candidate will excel at leading a team of multi-skilled individuals, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and championing Okta’s core values. This is a hands-on leadership role for a candidate with a strong hospitality mindset, employee experience focus, and a proven track record in facilities and F&B program management.

This is a full-time role based in our San Francisco office, M-F onsite required (5 days onsite), and reports to the Director, Global Workplace Operations.

  • Responsible for the oversight of all vendor services, including quarterly business reviews, and monitoring and driving vendors to meet Okta's service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) requirements

Strategic & Financial Stewardship

  • Oversee the Toronto Operations budget; partner with Finance on all items ranging from capex/opex, accruals, forecasts, etc.

  • Build strong internal relationships with our employees, leadership, partner teams, and key stakeholders to maintain effective operational partnerships and stakeholder alignment
  • Work closely with the North American and Global Operations Workplace team to drive visions, methods, and targets
  • Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leadership, regional executives, and key stakeholders, managing complex facilities requests and high-profile office activations with discretion and precision
