Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data. You will manage budget updates and forecasting models, identify trends and issues, and translate data into actionable insights. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will support business decisions, drive financial performance, and optimize outcomes. You will work in a global environment, supporting the BL management team and other stakeholders at various levels

You will be accountable for:

  • Performing and overseeing analysis of the financial results in your area of responsibility or team and coordinating the preparation of various management reports, including performance reports, commentaries on financial statements, etc., on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Evaluating the impact of strategic, financial, or other investment decisions.

  • Coordinating and overseeing financial planning processes and activities (e.g., financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting).

  • Leading process improvement and cost saving initiatives to ensure and increase profitability.

  • Develop reports and analysis to meet organization’s needs.

  • Work and collaborate with the management team, support in understanding and analyzing drivers of financial performance and identifying market trends.

Qualifications for the Role

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in similar financial roles within complex, international organizations

  • You have a proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to think outside the box and challenge existing frameworks

  • You have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. You possess the ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within cross-functional and global teams

  • You enjoy working on process improvements, standardization, and enhancing reporting or file structure

  • Experience in project business is a plus

  • You have very good Excel skills; experience with financial systems and automation tools is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills in English (required) and Italian (optional).

  • You have a process-oriented mindset, capable of designing, building, and continuously improving financial processes
