What You’ll Do

Authentic is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join its Creative team. Working collaboratively with both the creative team and broader cross-functional teams, this role helps shape brand-aligned creative that supports the storytelling and commercial goals of Authentic’s Lifestyle and Entertainment portfolios. Responsibilities include assisting with the design, execution, and upkeep of creative assets across channels, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. The role offers hands-on experience for a designer eager to develop their craft within a dynamic brand environment.

What you’ll be working on

  • Create engaging, brand-aligned pitch decks and presentations for marketing, new business, and category expansion, using strong layout and impactful storytelling
  • Design print and digital assets across packaging, signage, event materials, and POP displays, ensuring strong visuals and alignment with brand standards.
  • Adapt and translate existing layouts for use across brand extensions, product development, and retail needs, tailoring designs to suit different placements and audiences.
  • Collaborate with Senior Designers to develop campaign and brand assets, including advertisements, logos, in-store visuals, and in-house materials like brand books, style guides, and more.
  • Assist with the organisation, seasonal updates, and maintenance of brand assets and creative libraries.
  • Support the management and review of creative approvals submitted by partners, ensuring alignment with brand identity frameworks and visual standards.
  • Contribute to cross-functional creative needs across the Lifestyle and Entertainment portfolios, with exposure to a broad range of brand categories and outputs.
  • Build brand fluency by understanding each identity’s unique voice and learning how to express it across creative formats.
  • Incorporate AI-driven creative tools into the development of pitch materials and visual assets, supporting innovative storytelling and streamlined production workflows.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
  • 1-2 years of design experience through internships, freelance, or academic projects
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); video or retouching skills a plus
  • Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual composition across print and digital
