This is an exciting job opportunity for you to join Signify, the Lighting Industry Leader, as a Junior Supply Planner.

This position is onsite in Piła as there is a need to collaborate closely with team members in different roles/departments in the factory.

We are looking for open-minded person with the potential to grow.

You’ll be part of the Signify Professional Luminaires Supply Chain team in Pila to sustain and support end-to-end supply chain which will result in providing high service level to our customers.

What you’ll do with support of your team colleagues

  • coordinate factory forecasts for defined portfolio monthly; keep customer project orders information up to date
  • manage customer sales orders via direct contact with end customer and different functions within organization, active follow up on questions coming from customers
  • work out alternative solutions together with the team to mitigate risks of not delivering orders on time
  • manage key SC master data up to date
  • maintain good and effective communication on status, plans, corrective and pro-active actions with Factory teams and customers

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related fields like production or engineering mgt;
  • Logical thinking and analytical skills are highly desired
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in English (min. B2 – C1)
  • Strong communicator and good team player (both inside and outside organization)
  • Good organizational skills and meeting deadlines on time
  • Being curious and creative, bringing ‘new ideas to the table’ and enjoying learning new things
